If a payment fails

Check that your payment details are correct.

Also make sure that:

• there are sufficient funds on the card;

• online payments are enabled;

• the limit has not been exceeded;

• the card has not expired;

• your bank has not blocked the transaction.

Try paying again later or using another card.
