What should I do if I forgot my password?

Find the password reset option on the sign-in page. It is usually labeled ‘Forgot password?’ or similar.

Enter the email address registered to your account. The system will send a message with a link to create a new password.

Check not only your Inbox but also Spam, Promotions, and other automatically sorted email folders.

Follow the link, create a new password, and use it to sign in from then on.

If the email does not arrive or the system cannot find your address, contact your school administrator.
