Why is my certificate not available yet?

Check that you completed all required parts of the learning program.

You may still have an unfinished lesson, test, or assignment.

Your homework may also be awaiting an instructor’s review.

In some courses, the certificate is generated only after an administrator’s manual approval.

If all requirements are met but the document is unavailable, contact your school.
