The API lets external systems exchange data with WeStudy, while webhooks can send information about defined events. This enables automation of user creation, course access, status synchronization, and other processes.

APIs and webhooks connect WeStudy to other systems and automate data exchange. This is particularly useful if your online school already uses its own website, CRM, payment provider, or other services.
The API allows an external system to request data from or send data to WeStudy.
For example, the API can automate:
creating and updating users;
enrolling students in courses;
synchronizing data with a CRM;
transferring learning information;
integrating WeStudy with your website or internal system.
A webhook follows the principle
‘event → automatic information transfer’.
For example, when an action occurs in the system, an external service can automatically receive a notification. This lets you synchronize statuses and start subsequent processes without manual work.
A student pays for a course → WeStudy receives the information → access opens → the CRM receives purchase data.
This exchange can be automated so a manager does not need to transfer information manually.
APIs and webhooks make WeStudy a flexible platform that can integrate with an online school’s existing IT system.
For custom integrations, the WeStudy team can help with technical setup.
